Question: Hello Brother, There are rumors about movies like "The Exorcist," and the "Poltergeist" movies being cursed. Some of the actors from the "Poltergeist" movies, for example, died from strange circumstances, and others claimed to have experienced odd phenomenon. What are your thoughts on all these happenings? Can curses come out of movies like this? Can the devil cause these people to die through odd circumstances? Thanks and God Bless.

This is similar to the rumors about archaeologists and workers mysteriously dying after opening King Tut's tomb. But the Mummy's curse is not real. Those people died under usual reasons of life. Some may have suffered from spores inside the tomb. We have to remember that the laws of coincidence can easily explain all the so-called Mummy's Curse deaths and the same with the deaths and other issues from the production of "The Exorcist" and "Poltergeist". Now with that said, is it possible for paranormal phenomena to occur as a result of the filming of such films? Yes, it is possible. If we play in Satan's sandbox we should expect to get his sand in our shoes. Such films can certainly attract the attention of the devil. But, it is unlikely that the devil is responsible for the deaths of any of these people. That can only happen with God's direct permission. A curse is a kind of prayer that an individual performs. The mere making of a film is not going to constitute a "curse." But, as mentioned films like these can attract demons like sugar attracts ants. God Bless, Bro.
