Question: Dear, who ever answers this i would like to know if u know a way to stop hearing,seeing spirits? i feel helpless when i hear them. i am strong in my faith but it seems to be tested over and over again. it all started when i went to this place with my friends call star hill it's a place defiled with the blood of people you can smell it heavy in the air well ever since then i've been able to hear and see them more clearly i could always hear and see but it was always like they were distant and fuzzy. i just want some one to tell me something i've been looking every where for advice but i'm afraid ppl will call me crazy and try to lock me up. i don't let it impact my life too much i can pretty much screen them out durring the day but at night it's hard. i've only had an encounter with a demon once most spirits i see are just lost, alone and i'm powerless to help.

There are no guarantees, but some of the things you can do is to renounce your your going with your friend to that place defiled with blood and take back the ground that the devil stole from you as a result. You need to live the good Catholic live as best you can -- especially frequent Sacraments and going to Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. I would also advise that you follow the advice found in the HELP section linked below. There is an article in the HELP section called "Seven Steps to Self-Deliverance". Also avail yourself of some of the prayers found in the SW Prayer Catalog linked below. I would especially focus on the Hedge Prayer of Protection and the Rebuking Particular Spirits. If these self-help strategies do not help your situation then you will probably need to contact me for a personal consultation. One note: It is unlikely that any of the spirits are "lost spirits". In nearly all cases such spirits are demons masquerading as human spirits. Do not be fooled. Presume all the spirits are demons and DO NOT talk to them or engage them in any way.
