Question: This is not really a question so I hope youll forgive me. Ive seen a couple of documentrys on the issue of gender and sexual reassignment surgery. The ironic thing about it is even though a male or female may get the surgery often leaving behind spouses and children. They often end up living with men if they were female to male, and women if they were male to female. So I suspect its more of a mental health issue than being born into the wrong body. Also alot of the pre op transgender community are bi-sexual. Maby its kind of like on being convenced thier Abe Lincon.....thanks

This would not be the same thing as a person thinking he is Abraham Lincoln, but the research does go in the direction of a psychiatric problem.
