Question: I responded to a forum question on a forum about wicca, i defended my faith, now even people from my church and family think i say hateful things. this has gotten out of hand where one person follows me on all the forum topix. My family is going thru allot lately with a nother family member and her friendship with wiccans. What can i do, if anything,i pray the prayers in your catalogue twice a day for the past week. I feel real empty in side and hateful full of spite, i pray alot .and i trust in Jesus but this week or so has been very hard on me. My family says i am a burden etc. What is going on ?
Question Answered by Bro. Ignatius Mary, OLSM Dear Mary: I am sorry to hear about what you are going through. The problem is that you "stepped in it." That is, you dared to tell the Truth and now you are being punished for it. Witchcraft is a favorite thing for Satan and he does not like us messing with it. What appears to be happening to you is retribution for daring to challenge witchcraft with the Truth of God. Satan is using your family, friends, and fellow parishioners to get you down and punish you for your courage to take a stand for God. You need to remember the words of Jesus who said, "Blessed are those who are persecuted for My sake." You are blessed, Mary. In fact, you have the tremendous privilege to share in the suffering of Christ, to be held in contempt for His sake. That is a wonderful privilege. Remember also the promise of God that he would allow nothing into your life that you cannot handle. You can persevere through this. I know that to be fact, because God said so and God is not a liar. I also know from the Bible tells us that "all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose." This trial is designed to strengthen you. Let God make lemonade out of the lemons that are being thrown at you. Accept the humiliation with humility and thankfulness for your Lord suffered far worse. Now with all that said you may want to include in your prayers the Prayer to Break Curses and Spells. Since we are dealing with witches, it is likely that they will attempt to curse you. Thus, protect yourself as you ought by prayers to put on the Armor of God, and Breaking Curses, and any other prayer that seems appropriate, but also remember that this is a blessing for you to share a little of the suffering of Christ. Question:

Dear Mary:

I am sorry to hear about what you are going through. The problem is that you "stepped in it." That is, you dared to tell the Truth and now you are being punished for it.
