Question: Dear Brother for the last year, the next door neighbours have some sort of [possibly] a heating system or fan that they use at night or else its deliberate to drive me out of my home. They are a muslim family, who one would think are very nice people,they are not.They run the machine as soon as I lock the doors and head to bed. I have had to sleep in other room as the noise so bad in my room,my room is next to their room.I had sound proof wall put up and when they blast the machine up ,i can still hear it. I have been in with them four times and they lied they have no machine running .I have tryed praying for them and that didn't stop it ,also i had a letter sent to them from those who deal with noise pollution. And it stopt for few days . These people are craffy .They had the machine blasting on Christmas eve night, as a result I had two hours sleep and had to face a busy day ,thank God it went good. so now I blast my radio daily in the sitting room and amazingly they have the fan or what ever it is very low at night and little sound. This is going to be ongoing with them and I cant keep blasting my radio up but it is the only thing that is stoping them from putting that loud device on.It vibrates around all rooms in my house. Brother I believe they are doing it deliberatly ,there is just to many things that point to this.and a few times I happened to have met them in the street they totaly blank and walk by me. Another time they flung something against my wall ,I had been listening to some Christian music. I need prayers that they will go and some good neighbours will move in and take their place. They are renting last ten years but the last few months is a torture and I believe its because more of them have been brought into this country.So they think they are up and above us , i could take them to court but the judge would side with the wonderful muslims and listen to their evil lies ,they are masters at lieing and part and parcel of their ideology evil occult .Please pray .Thanks.

I suggest you keep a log of when they are noisy and tape record the noise. This will at least establish some evidence of their behavior. I do not recommend tit-for-tat with your radio. Doing that will give them a counter-complaint against you, and you will lose your case. Be sure to complain to your landlord. If that does not resolve it, then have some friends witness the noise. Then have someone in authority witness the noise. I had a police officer come over and witness the noise problem I was having. If there is a noise ordinance in your city, after the police conform the noise, you can ask the city attorney to prosecute the people for violation of the noise ordinance. There is no reason at this point to suspect a spiritual attack of some sort. Your problem is just inconsiderate and rude neighbors. We will pray for you that this problem is resolved. God Bless, Bro. Dear Carmel:

Inconsiderate neighbors are difficult to deal with. I have had the same problem when I was in apartments.

I suggest you keep a log of when they are noisy and tape record the noise. This will at least establish some evidence of their behavior. I do not recommend tit-for-tat with your radio. Doing that will give them a counter-complaint against you, and you will lose your case.
