Dear Trinidad: If it is really necessary, that is, if you cannot find a priest, you can mix and equal amount of unblessed water, salt, or oil to the blessed substances to replenish your stock. This must be a 50-50 mixture at the most. The unblessed water, salt, or oil must be equal to, or less than, the amount of that which is blessed. This sort of mixing should be done only once. It is best to seek out a priest to bless more water, salt, or oil. As for a prayer, the is none prescribed. You can say perhaps a Hail Mary, and the sign of the Cross as you do the mix.
