My parents came to live with my husband, our kids and me to help care for my mother who had Alzheimers disease. I was DESPERATE for my mother to get well. Unfortunately, I met a ex-Catholic turned Orthodox Christian friend who eventually convinced me that Orthodoxy was the path to choose. If that was bad enough, I met an evil Greek Orthodox Priest who was "Satan appearing as an angel of light." He told me that I had to leave my icons in the church for 40 days before bringing them in my home to ensure that if they were cursed, etc. they would be blessed. My Roman Catholic father told me that I was "bringing the devil in our house" when I brought them home. I thought he was just upset that I converted to Orthodoxy.Also, this priest stated that he cannot serve divine liturgy because the demons make him laugh. My intuition was screaming for me to run! However, I come from a generation where we would not dare speak against a priest so I just pitied him.

As time went on, everyone who was close or a spiritual child of his committed suicide, got divorced, had mysterious illnesses or died. My father had a massive stroke after my mother died and was paralyzed on one side. I begged this priest to come and pray for my dad. The next day my father walked with a walker.

The day after he was released from the hospital, he came home and collapsed. It was all downhill for dad from there. On top of being paralyzed, he was then diagnosed with diabetes and cancer. The last time that this priest prayed for my dad, he got worse and shortly thereafter I never heard from him again.

One day my father who was totally sane, told me that a demon was appearing to him every night around 3:00 am and threatening to kill him. I waited that same night for it to cast it out. It appeared and paralyzed my vocal chords. But with all my might I whispered Jesus and it left. The demon continued to appeared in his room, hospital or rehab. A few months before my dad died, the demon told him that he was coming for my dad soon.

At the same time, I felt that Orthodoxy was a farce and started to go back to the protestant religions including the health and wealth gospel My mother was Lutheran which opened the door to other protestant sects.

I had a home aide and one day after she had quit I found bugs mixed with yellow powder in a tea cup from my dad. Voodoo? I threw out or gave away every Orthodox and Catholic item because I believed that God was angry with me for idolatry.

This curse has affected my children with attacks on their grades. They are smart and usually get excellent grades. My oldest child is being bullied. I had a dream about two years ago, that one of my kids was buried in the ground up to her neck and could barely move it. There was a mother from the Orthodox elementary school staring at her.

I recently came back to the Catholic church. Some things are getting better. Is someone doing witchcraft against us? Please give me advice on all of this.
