deliverance prayer | Terra | Monday, June 9, 2014 |
Question: Since the Church seems to ban laywomen from saying the long St. Micheal's Prayer and a translation of the older rite of exorcism can I try to find an eastern orthodox official prayer for deliverance to deliver myself? Could I use for a friend? |

Dear Terra: This has nothing to do with being a woman. No one but a priest can use the full long St. Michael Prayer as written or use the Rite of Exorcism. If you wish to use deliverance prayers, we have a Catalog, linked below with prayers you can use for yourself or on behalf of a friend.. God Bless, For information on how to receive help see our Help page. We suggest that before contacting us directly for help you try the Seven Steps to Self-Deliverance. These self-help steps will often resolve the problem. Also our Spiritual Warfare Prayer Catalog contains many prayers that may be helpful. If needed you can ask for a Personal Consultation.
