Question:

Dear brother Ignatius,

I did the 7 steps, it was hard for me with my privious expirience, strange things happened but i think i am free now.I was completely freed from smoking, and i didnt even mention this in my prayers.No craving, no sweating, just gone, i dont have to fight it.I thank God, Jesus, Maria,Michael, all that helped and you for the advice.Its like a wonder because i tryed a few times and was too weak.

Dear Alexandra:

I praise God that the Seven Steps to Self-Deliverance has worked for you, but these steps are not designed to be followed over only a few days. You need to work through the steps over a few months.  After that you should revisit the steps perhaps every six months.
