Is my soul in danger? | Rebecca | Tuesday, February 14, 2012 |
Question: Father, As a young woman I played with wigi boards and held many seyances at my house. A group of friends and I would smoke a large amount of crack cocaine and summon demons. One night, I made a deal with one, and offered my soul up for a small monetary prize. I have since seen the errors of my ways and have joined a local catholic church. I have been a catholic for six years now... Which brings me to last week. I feel as if I needed to regain my soul from the demon I sold it to several years prior. I purchased some crack cocaine, and also purchased a wigi board to resummon the demon. I smoked the cocaine, and began to summon the demon whom I sold my soul to. Suddenly I fell ill, and felt as if i were surrounded by evil. In a moment of desperation and fear, I began to cut myself as an offering to the evil force, to let him know that i submitted to its great power. I am a catholic, not a devil worshipper, does God know this? Did I make a mistake trying to regain my soul? Is there any way I can get it back? Do I need to repay the demon the money I recieved years ago when I sold my soul? These are questions that weigh my mind down. I spoke with a friend at the church who suggested that I try to summon the demon one final time, and this time to bring a white witch or white wizard who would cast a spell of heart of the white pyramid, which would destroy the demon. I'm tending to side with this person from my church and purchase the services of this white witch, but I wanted to check with a Priest first. |

Question Answered by Bro. Ignatius Mary, OMSM(r)
Dear Rebecca: I am but a brother, not a priest, but thanks for the promotion I praise God that you have come to your senses and have come to the Church. But, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES and I mean Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you try to contact that demon or any other demon. Whoever that was at Church who told you to try it again needs to be horse-whipped and re-educated in the Faith. If you buy the services of a witch you will be telling the devil to come on in to your life. DO NOT DO THIS. Have nothing to do with witches, Ouija Boards, or drugs. A witch is a witch. Black witches and so-called White Witches has the same master -- Satan. Witchcraft is an abomination to God and a grave sin. There are not many sins that God called an abomination, but witchcraft is one of them. Witchcraft is actually a sin against the First Commandment to have no other god but the True God. By going back to the Ouija board and drugs to contact the demon you have made the situation MUCH worse. You must confess this sin and renounce all activity with occultic things and for deliberately conjuring demons. The sin can be forgiven in an instant when you confess this in the Sacrament of Confession, but the consequences of your occult activity could last for years and take a lot of hard work to overcome. When you came into the Church, by the way, your soul was regained for Christ, but you do not want to give it away again. Thus, you need to live the best Catholic life you know how to live, stay away from numskulls like that person at Church who advised you to contact the demon again, go to Mass at least on Sundays, go to confession at least once per month, say your daily devotions, do good works, and absolutely stay away from anything even remotely occultic. That means tpo stay away from books, games, movies, TV shows or anything else that has ghosts, demons, occult, horror cut-em-ups, paranormal, etc. Stay away from such things I would recommend that you begin going through the Seven Steps to Self-Deliverance linked below. Also, look at our Spiritual Warfare Prayer Catalog and pray any of the prayers there that fit your situation, especially the Renunciation Of Satan and Claiming the Full Victory, Renewal of Baptismal Promises, Breaking Personal Curses and Spells, and the Prayer Signatures. The prayer signatures is where you pray the four prayers and sign each one. Doing this renounces Satan and informs Satan that you are not his any longer. If after all of that, if you need more help, then contact us. As to your questions, God knows who you are and that you are not a devil worshiper. You made a major mistake trying to "regain your soul" in the way that your did. But, this mistake can be repaired with hard work. As for the money you received, you can take the equivalent amount that your received and give it to the charity or ministry of your choice. We are praying for you. God Bless, For information on how to receive help see our Help page. We suggest that before contacting us directly for help you try the Seven Steps to Self-Deliverance. These self-help steps will often resolve the problem. Also our Spiritual Warfare Prayer Catalog contains many prayers that may be helpful. If needed you can ask for a Personal Consultation.
