Question: Hello brother, Hope all is well. My sister and brother in law were fooling around with tarot cards and in the past my sister fooled around with an Ouija board which i told them thousand times not to do. Ever since she did that they've been hearing things and see a shadowy figure in their dreams and when they are awake. It started getting worse when my brother in law starting playing with tarot cards and what the cards came out to be they claimed it was really happening. So they came to me about it and i yelled at them AGAIN because they don't listen, so now it has gotten worse to the point my aunt claimed to smell a foul smell of a dead body. She knows the smell from experiences in the past and it make her sick..when she went back to her room the smell was gone. I heard that i can go around in the house to say a prayer with holy water. I read on some prayers but i don't know which one is the right one to use or even how to do it. I need help with this thank you

Ignatius Mary, OMSM(r) Dear Suzanne: I posted your question here instead of the Faith and Spirituality Forum where you originally posted it as your question has to do specifically with spiritual warfare. As for prayers, check our Spiritual Warfare Prayer Catalog linked below. There is a House Cleansing and Blessing that uses a three-fold blessing of holy water, holy salt, and blessed St. Benedict medals. Also in the Catalog are prayers for Household Hedge Prayer of Protection (and a personal version) and also Rebuking Particular Spirits. In that prayer one identifies the demon by attribute, such as the spirit of lust, anger, fear, etc. These should be prayed by your sister and brother-in-law. There are also prayers that you can pray for them. Your sister and brother-in-law really need to go through the Seven Steps to Self-Deliverance, also linked below. They must renounce these occult involvements and get themselves right with God and His Church in order to find deliverance. We will be praying for them. God Bless, Bro.
