Notitiae? Anne Monday, January 17, 2005

Question:

Thank you Mr Slavec for answering my question: "Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament" on Dec 30, 2004.

Where can I find this Notitiae? is it a book easy to get? is the content of it on any web site? Can you please tell me more.
Thank you and God bless you. Anne

Question Answered by Mr. Jacob Slavek

Dear Anne,

Yes, it is found in our library at http://www.saint-mike.org/Library/Curia/Congregations/Worship/notitiae.html

It's not really a "book" but rather a collection of questions and answers that have force of law, that is, they are official interpretations.

Mr. Slavek

(c) The titles of Acolyte and Lector belong exclusively to the Installed Offices of Acolyte and Lector, who are men (only) appointed by the Bishop. These roles performed by others are Altar Servers and Readers, respectively.
