Question: What about if i didn't charge for the work on the side and had done it as simply volunteer work? Does that affect it? Is it still stealing? |

Question Answered by Bro. Ignatius Mary, OLSM
Dear Matthew: Yes. If I steal a loaf of bread from the grovery store to give it to a homeless person at no charge, it is still stealing and I can still be arrested for it. If you use those images in any way that violates the license, then you are doing wrong. There is a way to find out for sure -- check with your paper's lawyers. They will be able to tell you definitively what is and is not a violation of the license. God Bless,
