Question: Brother, I was wondering what the Church's stance on the different types of crosses. We're all familiar with the "plain" Cross/Crucifix, but what about, for example, "gothic" style crosses, "celtic" type crosses (http://www.celtarts.com/celtic.htm), or "Arthur's Cross" (http://www.britannia.com/history/cross.html) -- are they acceptable for earing around your neck? Thank you Brother, I will pray for your mother. |
