Question: Dear Br. This is not a question but some advice that worked for me in breaking sexual habits. Fasting once a week on bread and water only if possible, and saying the rosary for your intention. Develop a relationship with our Blessed Mother and let Her lead you to Jesus. (Our Lady will never give up on you) Aviod the occasion of sin.Confess your sins regulary in the confessional.(close your eyes and imagine that Jesus is sitting in front of you.) The grace you will recieve from the confessional will help you immensely in all your infirmities. Be honest with yourself, if you can't be completely honest with yourself, than anything that you attempt will be a waste of time and effort. This worked for me. God bless |
