You have an IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT on Tuesday, Nov. 2 American Center for Law and Justice Monday, November 1, 2004

Question:

The following is a message from the American Center for Law and Justice:

You have an IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT on Tuesday, Nov. 2 ... to exercise your right to VOTE!

We urge you to take the time to vote on this critical Election Day....

BECAUSE YOUR VOTE MATTERS:

* One vote elected Thomas Jefferson to the presidency in 1800.

* One vote granted statehood to California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

* One vote made Lyndon B. Johnson (our 36th president) a Senator in 1948.

BECAUSE YOUR VOTE IMPACTS OUR NATION’S FUTURE:

* When you vote for our leaders, you also help determine how our nation will deal with CRITICAL ISSUES like abortion - judicial nominations (including the possibility of one or more appointments to the Supreme Court of the United States) - the war on terrorism - marriage and family - religious liberties in our schools and workplaces - and much more!

BECAUSE YOUR VOTE IS YOUR VOICE AS A CHRISTIAN:

* Exodus 18:21 says “... select out of all the people able men who fear God, men of truth, those who hate dishonest gain, and you shall place these over them as leaders.”

* This is a precious opportunity for you to be “SALT AND LIGHT” to our nation.

BECAUSE YOUR VOTE IS A CONSTITUTIONAL OBLIGATION!

Make an appointment for November 2 - then get out and vote!

Question Answered by Bro. Ignatius Mary, OLSM+

Hi Folks:

This is the final message concerning the election. This election is one of the most important in memory. It promises to be the closest Presidential election in history. You vote counts.

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) is a public interest law firm committed to insuring the ongoing viability of constitutional freedoms.

By specializing in constitutional law, the ACLJ is dedicated to the concept that freedom and democracy are God-given inalienable rights that must be protected.

The ACLJ engages in litigation, provides legal services, renders advice, counsels clients, provides education, and supports attorneys who are involved in defending the religious and civil liberties of Americans.

As a non-profit organization, the ACLJ does not charge for its services and is dependent upon God and the resources He provides through the time, talent, and gifts of people who share our concerns and desire to protect our religious and constitutional freedoms.

God bless,
Bro. Ignatius Mary
