Question: I read that men can feel some pleasure during prostate massage. I want to know is it possible during doctor's prostate exam. Is it possible to get something like nocturnal emissions? Is it sinful? When doctor did it I felt pain all time. Sometimes with tears. I don't know if there was semen. Also I had blasphemous (uncontrolled indecent scenes in my mind) thoughts during prostate exam. Now, I'm very frustrated about my sins.

If one has sexual feelings during a prostate exam, no sin is present as this is unintentional and beyond one's control. The same goes for nocturnal emissions, which are also beyond one's control. As for unwanted thoughts, no sin takes place. Such thoughts are unwanted and not intended. In this case, ask God to remove these thoughts. But, whether or not the thoughts stop, they are not sin as they are not intended and not wanted. I hope this helps. God Bless, Bro. You have not sinned. Sin requires deliberate and conscious intent. If one has sexual feelings during a prostate exam, no sin is present as this is unintentional and beyond one's control. The same goes for nocturnal emissions, which are also beyond one's control.

As for unwanted thoughts, no sin takes place. Such thoughts are unwanted and not intended. In this case, ask God to remove these thoughts. But, whether or not the thoughts stop, they are not sin as they are not intended and not wanted.
