Dear Joseph: Sorry for the delay in answering. The scenario you have given seems like coincidence to me. But, on the general subject of God giving us a warning, that does happen. I think that happened with some people on 9/11. There are many reports of this sort of thing happening and has a result a person avoids a plane crash, car crash, etc. Other times, it is not an intuition, but an event that keeps one from disaster. Keeping in mind that much of this can be coincidence, a person may have a flat tire, or may miss his flight, or oversleep. Sometimes these may be divine appointments. My oldest daughter experienced this. She, and my three-day old granddaughter had an appointment at the Social Security office at the Oklahoma City Federal Building at 9am April 19th. The building was destroyed by a bomb at 9:02am. Everyone in the Social Security office was killed. Fortunately, my daughter overslept and was not at the Federal Building. She was actually awakened by the sound of the bomb. Had she been on time, she and my granddaughter would have died. My granddaughter would have been the youngest person killed. Coincidence or divine appointment? I lean toward the latter, but regardless of which it is the result is that my daughter and granddaughter are still alive today.
