Question: Dear Brother, What can you tell me about the creator of the animated series cherub wings. I ordered them for my son but found out through one website that it was produce by someone that belong to a cult that practice pedophilia. Can you provide me with any information you may have on this? Thank you.

Ignatius Mary, OMSM(r), CCL, LTh, DD, LNDC Dear Yvonne: The "Cherub Wings" series was apparently produced by the very dangerous and perverted cult called, The Children of God, now called The Family International. I have not seen the production, but a man who escaped from the cult and now warns people about this dangerous cult says: "I have watched a few Cherub Wings and didn't find anything questionable with the content. The problem with Cherub Wings is not the content. The problem is that they are made by the Family." I would agree with this guy — even if the content of Cherub Wings is okay, the problem is that the money from sales is going to evil. This is actually a technique of the devil — to produce a book, game, video, movie, etc,. that is good and acceptable so that sales of the product will go to evil organizations. The other potential problem is that the videos may have a curse placed on them. At the very least if one has these videos they should be blessed with Holy Water. It would be best, however, in my opinion, to destroy the videos (not throw away intact, but destroy them, such as burning them.) We do have a procedure for destroying occult and cursed objects in our Spiritual Warfare Prayer Catalog called, Procedure to Destroy Occultic or Cursed Objects that is available for people to use.
