Question: Hello Brother, Is listening to the K-Love radio station a bad thing since their not catholic? Thank you.
Question Answered by Dear Bertha: K-Love radio station is a Protestant Radio Station. Much of the music is fine for the most part. Teachings on this station may be fine too up to a point. Remember, while there may only be a 5% difference between Catholics and Protestants, that 5% can be significant. Be sure you know your faith so as not to get confused or seduced into Protestant thinking. There are alternatives. Catholic radio stations do exist. Here is a list on the EWTN Radio Network. If there is not a station near you, many of these stations can be tuned in from the Internet. Ave Maria Radio is from the Ave Maria University, to which I am a member of the Founder's Club. The Streaming Radio Guide is a big list of Radio Stations that can be accessed on the Internet. The link I have provided here go to the list of Catholic stations. God Bless, Bro. K-Love radio station is a Protestant Radio Station. Much of the music is fine for the most part. Teachings on this station may be fine too up to a point. Remember, while there may only be a 5% difference between Catholics and Protestants, that 5% can be significant.
