Dear Christina: There is no way I can determine whether or not you are in a state of grace. I do not know you and have never met you. All I can tell you is the teaching of the Church. If one has no outstanding grave sins that need to be confessed in the Sacrament since the last Confession, then he is in a state of grace. Falling out of grace happens only when one culpably commits a grave sin. It must be nice to even entertain such a question. I have to go to confession about every five minutes. God Bless,
