This group is not a church, but a excommunicated schismatic and sede vacantist religious order. They are not in communion with Rome and we should have nothing to do with them.

As with all people and groups who are sede vacantist (believing the chair of Peter is empty and we do not have a real pope), I believe such people are mentally ill as this position is so utterly delusional.

These "traditionalists" violate the first tenet of Tradition -- obedience.

Suzzane, you need to learn to discern such groups. This group is obviously not in communion with the Church. Anytime you read about a group that thinks that Pope Benedict, Pope John-Paul, Pope Paul, etc. are not real popes you know immediately that they are loony-tunes not in communion with the Church.

Any group that says Vatican II was invalid, as this group does, are also loony-tunes and not in communion with the Church.

St. Paul says that we are to shun such people and not even have dinner with them:

(1 Cor 5:11) But rather I wrote to you not to associate with any one who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler (slanderer), drunkard, or robber--not even to eat with such a one.

These people are slanderers. Slander is to tell a lie about someone else. They tell lies when they say that Pope Benedict XVI, for example, is a heretic and an anti-pope.

(Titus 3:10-11) As for a man who is factious (heretic, divisive), after admonishing him once or twice, have nothing more to do with him, knowing that such a person is perverted and sinful; he is self-condemned.

St. Teresa of Avila once said, "The more we see failure in obedience, the stronger should be our suspicion of temptation."

Once these groups jump off the rail, they become more than a train wreck. Almost always they never fix their train, but take pride that they are off the track and will usually go into deeper and deeper heresy.

St. Augustine said it best, "Lord, those are your best servants who wish to shape their life on Your answers rather than to shape your answers on their wishes."

The Most Holy Family Monastery is neither holy nor Catholic. They insult the Holy Family with their disobedience. They are schismatics with the arrogance and pride to rival that of Satan. These people are risking their souls. Have nothing to do with them.
