Just to clarify from a previous answer.

In the Eucharist, by virture of concomitance, the whole Christ is present under each species.

In a canabalistic eating and drinking of flesh or blood that principle does not apply so once the flesh or blood is separated from the person (assuming that it is removed from a living person) it is merely "generic" human flesh or blood, there is no personal connection between the cannibal and his meal.
