New Theology? | John | Tuesday, March 17, 2009 |
Question: What is "New Theology" - sometimes called "Contemporary Theology" - and is it compatible with the teachings of Vatican II? I tend to think that "New" or "Contemporary" Theology is a modernist and liberal theology at variance with the teaching of Vatican II - is this correct? Our parish priest wants all of us in the parish to be instructed in "Contemporary Theology", and to me this sounds rather suspect. Please enlighten me concerning this. |

Dear John: I already answered this from your last post. This "new theology" is heretical. Contact your bishop to report this priest.
