Question: Hello Brother Ignatius: |

Question Answered by Bro. Ignatius Mary, OLSM
Dear Jeremiah: I understand your concerns but it is impossible to come up with such a list. Priests come and go and with each new pastor the "flavor" of the liturgy may change. This is unfortunate since we should be able to enter any Catholic parish in the world and expect the teaching and liturgy to be 100% loyal and obedient to the Pope and Magisterium in union with him. Unless you have a contact in the town you are visiting who may be able to guide you to a good parish you will have to just pick a parish and go. Remember, as long as the Mass is valid, Jesus is there, no matter what liturgical abuses or liberal preaching is present. What I suggest is that when you happen to be in a parish that is problematic to offer up your suffering that comes from seeing our Lord abused. Offer your suffering to our Blessed Mother for the conversion of that priest. God Bless,
