Question Answered by Bro. Ignatius Mary, OLSM
Dear Joseph: There are no prayers said after the Marian Antiphon. After the Salve Regina is nothing. That is the end of the Office. If you have some source that has prayers after the Marian Antiphon that is an addition somebody inserted and is not part of the Office. Prayer can be added before or after the Office, but they are not part of the Office itself, thus they are not required. As for posture during the Marian Antiphon, in one monastery we used to stand in the dark before the altar and sing the Salve Regina. the Grand Silence begins immediately after that. We could then either stay in the Church and pray privately or go back to our cells to pray and prepare for bed. The Instructions does not indicate a posture, so you can stand or kneel as you wish.
