Question Answered by Bro. Ignatius Mary, OLSM
Dear Catherine: The omnipresence of God is His Spirit present everywhere. The Eucharist is the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ, the Second Person of the Trinity. The Eucharist is the literal presence of the body of Christ. Thus, God omnipresence is spiritual. God's presence in the Eucharist is both physical (of the Incarnate God, Jesus Christ) and spiritual -- the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Christ. God Bless,
